Yarn break detector for two-ply yarn production

STAR-TP detector has been developed to control yarn breaks when 2 ply yarns are being
produced on a ring spinning frame.
STAR-TP can detect breaks on either of the 2 single yarns or on the 2 ply yarn.
A red light, positioned on each spindle, lights up when a yarn break is detected.
Detector STAR-TP can be connected to the FANI Roving Stop Motion device BP-06 to stop
both rovings, if a single or the two ply yarn is broken, thus preventing the production of a single yarn.
By simply removing a part from the detector, STAR-TP can be used when spinning a traditional single yarn.
