FA.NI's decade of experience in the control and optimisation of spinning production processes is placed at the disposal of textile companies with the new Archimede JSpin software.
Archimede JSpin features innovative and appealing graphic functions that make control of the entire spinning process rapid and simple.
All process parameters are checked and analysed in real time.
The system supplies a broad range of data including kilograms produced, total downtimes according to cause, breaks at start-up and in running conditions, breaks per 1000spindles/hour, instantaneous and average speed, and yield.

The data are stored so that production trends can be analysed at a later date for quality control procedures.
Archimede JSpin also makes it possible to plan production and monitor production progress.
Yarn breaks are analysed with particular attention, using various different menus so that the installation can be maintained at optimum levels in terms of yarn quality and output.
The new version of Archimede JSpin was developed using Java® technology to allow perfect integration in distributed environments and in all company systems.
