Beginning of September 2007, FA.NI. S.a.s. and PINTER S.A. (Spain) reached the agreement that PINTER S.A. will take over all FA.NI. S.a.s. textile activities.

As from September 5th 2007 all textile activities of FA.NI. S.a.s. will be carried out by
the company PINTER FA.NI S.R.L. (R&D, production, sales and servicing). PINTER FA.NI S.R.L. belongs to PINTER S.A. Spain. All activities of PINTER FA.NI S.R.L. will remain in Italy.

The integration of FA.NI. S.a.s. activities into Pinter Groups will allow to both companies
to each other benefit from individual experiences on textile automation business and customers will be the main recipients of this integration.

The same management and team of FA.NI. S.a.s. will continue working into PINTER FA.NI. S.R.L. guaranteeing continuity in products development, sales and after sales activities.

Apart from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Turkey, where FA.NI. (now PINTER FA.NI) products will be marketed directly by PINTER S.A. Spain with his sales and service network, on all other areas PINTER FA.NI S.R.L. will maint his existing sales network. Only on some specific countries PINTER FA.NI will join PINTER agent.
