Monitoring system for compacting turbine RPM

Special systems that include turbines to produce air suction for the production of compact yarns are installed in the spinning frames. These turbines are driven by belts connected to a main shaft.

The wear on these belts causes variations in the turbine RPM and consequently in the suction power, thereby altering the regularity of the compaction.

FANI has developed a system for controlling the RPM of the turbines used in compacting systems for ring spinning frames.
